Tom Marsella, a US Army Veteran and co-founder of Retirement Concepts of America, attended University California at Berkeley and earned his BS Degree in Business at Fresno State.

Early on, Tom was one of the founding fathers of the 403-b, tax shelter annuity plans in the San Francisco, Oakland, Fresno, and Clovis Unified School Districts as well as Fresno Community Hospital.

He was selected by the Fresno State University Business School as one of the top three financial planning firms and was a nominee in 2001 for the California Family Business Award.

Tom has been a trustee of the FSU BULLDOG Foundation and Endowment Committee for over 30 years. He has been in Retirement Planning for over 35 years and, along with his son, Darin Marsella, values the conservative approach of sharing in the UP market without the risk of the downside.

Tom values his time with his three sons and four grandsons, church, and participates in Senior Hardball Baseball and SENIOR Olympic Games Track & Field.
